Adoption Mosaic At Adoption Mosaic we believe that we all deserve a healthy lifelong adoption experience regardless of our position in the adoption constellation or the resources we have. We provide spaces where the adoption constellation/community feels valued, heard, understood and accepted as a full member of society, their family, and community.

The Adoption Paradox is the result of years of personal interviews, research, and emotional courage.

Intercountry Adoptee Voices (ICAV)
InterCountry Adoptee Voices (ICAV), previously known as ICASN (InterCountry Adoptee Support Network) began in 1998 in Sydney, Australia as a support network created by intercountry adoptees for intercountry adoptees, of any country of origin. ICAV’s network has grown to include adoptees and adoptee led groups from around the world. ICAV provides a platform for adoptees to connect in, share, educate, and advocate to the wider public about the issues we face – political, social and emotional, including the not so positive aspects of intercountry adoption.  ICAV hosts a private Facebook group for intercountry and transracial adoptees only, a Memorial page dedicated to honour those who die of suicide or are murdered, and a Public News Page where we share current information from around the globe on intercountry adoption.

Saving Our Sisters (SOS) supports all members of expectant families considering adoption. We are committed to helping them make fully informed decisions based on information that so many other families have learned too late. We are dedicated to ensuring that they avoid applying a permanent solution to a temporary crisis based on partial or misinformation. SOS is dedicated to direct action and education regarding the preservation of biological families whenever possible. This may include assisting expectant and new parents by locating resources, explaining the long and short term effects of adoption separation on everyone in the natural family, explaining the lifelong effects of trauma their infant will suffer if exposed to maternal separation, and connecting them with a local support person and mentor.
